Who is the counterparty?
Which lenders or investors have already seen the file?
What is already signed, and what debt is already drawn?
Who can produce a document without waiting for a board meeting?

Service and sector are the only selections we need — they decide who picks the enquiry up. The message box is optional, but an enquiry that names the deadline and what has already been signed gets a useful answer a round trip sooner than one that does not.
